Yandex automatically informs of possible fake content on Ukraine

MOSCOW, Feb 25 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Yandex automatically notifies users of possible unreliable information in materials about Ukraine when showing search results, and the search engine has no time to process the whole content whose volume is swelling abnormally, the Internet company said on Friday.

“Some materials on the Internet can contain fake information. Please, pay attention,” the browser says when showing search results.

“The reason is that search systems cannot always immediately index the whole content and, as a consequence, the picture cannot be reliable. We constantly work to improve accuracy of this automatic mechanism,” Yandex said.
